Hi all. Just felt compelled to post to try and promote Helix, a rhythm game on WiiWare. Partner has Wii Fit but doesn't get much upper body workout, came across a review for this game and took a punt for her. In a nutshell you use two controllers, one in each hand to follow the on screen skeleton/ robot to follow certain dance/ aerobic moves. I have tried it and being reasonably fit, it had me puffing !! That was on medium level (haven't tried hard yet!!) Only 1000 points. The music is all trance, but to be honest even if you don't like this sort of music, it just feels right with this game. IMO highly recommended. Be interested to hear if anyone else has it, and what they think ?? Cheers.

Haha indeedy.. living on a main road, it's blinds drawn at all times when the Wii comes out !!

LOL - The neighbour once caught be playing Samba Amigo - that was bad enough!!

Will have to look into this Helix out of interest....
