Now come on, who can possibly not be looking forward to the WiiWare version of Dr. Mario? With the added online mode I can see this being one of the biggest sellers on WiiWare for some time, can't wait!

For a console that is primarily targeted at the casual gamer I'm not sure what you were expecting.

Not sure yet, it will be for the game developers to choose the price they feel appropriate so we should see some large variation in the individual game prices.

If they're all of this sort of quality then I won't take issue with it, for me Dr. Mario was one of the finest puzzle games ever created and this looks like more than a worthy update(the online mode also should add a huge amount to longevity)

Well worth watching, like the idea that you can send a demo to your friends, online looks flawless!

Pleased to report that the game's up and running, and the online mode works without a hitch. You can even send a playable demo of the game to people on your friends list. Germbuster mode is pretty good, although i don't think it lets you play online

I am very interested in this game and Lost Wind and I am sure the online must make it even more fun!

Was supposed to be a US WiiWare launch title but it's strangely still absent despite being released in the UK

If anyone on my Wii friends list has downloaded Dr. Mario and are able to send me the demo(not sure if you can do that from a PAL to NTSC console) that would be appreciated, at least it will tide me over until the NTSC release finally goes through.

I have downloaded it (full version) so I can send it you if we exchange wii codes if you like. I have a UK wii so we can try and see if it works!

It's just been released in the US now but will add you and give the demo a go(if it works cross-region) before I download it anyway, will be nice to try it out with the absence of normal "try before you buy" demos. Will pop you a PM later with my code(need to look it up again).
