Will it brick my Wii?

I used to have 3.3 version on wii and I already install Twilight Hack 0.1beta1. Everything is working fine until I bought wii resort and play it last night. It asked me to update the system. Unfortunately, I updated it and the system is become 3.4e. I dont know that I am able to play the pirate games or not as it can brick my wii. However, I tested Homebrew channel and everything is working fine. What I would like to know is

1. Will it brick my wii if I try to play pirate game
If so what should I do?
2. Do I need to change Twilight Hack version to 0.1beta2 as it is for 3.4e?
