Wii Durability

Hi there was just wondering how durable these consoles are and how long they should last for???? I takecare of my stuff, but yesterday i accidently baffed my lcd hdtv off the top of the wii console as i moved the tv to put the new component lead in. Was'nt too hard, but landed on top where the gamecube controller ports and memory card ports are before moving it off again. Many thanks

Re: Wii Durability

I've had mine apart, to be honest it looks quite robust. I wouldn't of expected you to have damaged anything if the case in intact.

Where as my PS3 died going over a speed bump in the boot of my car. (fan stopped working)

Best Regards

Chris

Re: Wii Durability

The case is fine no marks at all on it as i said it didnt come down too hard on it basically it was just the corner of the tv was baffed off the top and leaned on it for a few secs thats all. I opened the flap where the gamecube ports are and the plastic there the white flap bit is quite thick and there hopefully is space between the white plastic and black plastic where the ports are when it is closed.

Oh dam speed bumps eh biggest danger on the roads i say
