Are some games only motionplus?

Will some of the newer games work only with motionplus, like the new sports resort for example?

thanks

Red Steel 2 will only work with it, think they are going to do it with and without the motion plus bundled in with it

Re: Are some games only motionplus?

I think you're better off just vshelling out for motion plus really as the benefits of it are huge, especially on Wii Sports Resort. You get so much more accuracy and control with it. There are only a few games out at the moment that use it and a couple more coming out in the near future. I know it can prove to be quite expensive, especially if you have a lot of remotes but you could always go for a game that comes with it (such as WSR) and then buy the motion plus attachment itself seperately for each remote you own, that's what I did.

I'm pretty certain Wii Sports: Resort will indeed only work with the motion-plus attached, no big deal of course as it's bundled, although 2 player is a bit of a pain as you'll obviously need to shell out an extra £15 or so for a second one.

The deal Tesco have / had on (see my thread) was a good one - an additional £9 off if you purchase the game with controller and an additional controller
