Simultaneous VOIP calls on ADSL connection

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me how I can make simultaneous VOIP calls on my ADSL connection? I am thinking of setting up a small business where 10 - 12 people could use the line simultaneously. I don't need any incoming calls just outgoing calls. I wanted to go for Vonage's voip service but their phone adapters support only two lines. Please let me know if you know any UK VOIP provider that provides simultaneous VOIP calls without having multiple accounts with them or any VOIP product that can support simultaneous VOIP calls that is compatiple with UK VOIP providers. I am really desperate to get this sorted and your reply to my question is well appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Garan

1. you're setting up a business and looking for free advice on the backbone of your communications on an internet forum ?

2. it's not by any chance a telemarketing business ? (outgoing calls only ?)

First, remember that all calls consume bandwidth at about 80 kps in both directions. A normal ADSL line will have a max of 256 kps upload, so all your outgoing could be used if 3 people are talking at the same time.
You need a solution to this, which may be DSL if it is available in your location.

Second, multiple lines and calls will not be free, but lower cost than normal landline providers. Vonage are probably not targeting customers like you.
For free lines look at www.Sipgate.co.uk but you will pay for the calls.
For an explanation about having a switchboard and an alternative pricing solution, look at gradwell.com/voip/corporate

Also take a look at http://www.viopfone.co.uk you can get like normally hosted pabx with extensions and everything for your staff...To overcome the upload capacity of ADSL look to see whether you can get an SDSL connection...But please not that unlike normal telephony it is not guaranteed bandwidth.......

You could always hire a professional on a contract basis to get it all designed and properly setup for you! People on here don't tend to be very friendly toward outbound contact operations...I love them as long as they pay my bills on time....

Personally, I'd recommend looking at a telephone switch system like Asterisk. There are some UK companies that offer consultancy and support, along with the connectivity. (www.telappliant.co.uk)
