Hi there!

I have bought a samsung le32a457 tv and connected it to my virgin stb. I was wondering if i could use the samsung remote to change channel on the box...
at the moment i can't even control the tv volume with the virgin remote.
do I need to program the remotes?

No for the Samsung remote.
