I've recently upgraded from the standard V box to V+ box. Preiously on the old V box I could access the BBC I player using the red button when on a BBC channel.

However pressing the red button on the V+ box on BBC channels does not bring up the I-player. Is this the case?

No it should work in the same way. Sometimes after an installation it can take a few hours for all of the services to start working again. If it's been over 1 day then give customer services a call.
