No video output from v+ box?

i`ve been messing around with my v+ box changing the hdmi settings. when the box rebooted i`ve no output picture?

can anyone tell me how to reset the box? i`ve tried the reset on the front and killing the power but i have no display.

after pressing reset hold down the play/pause buton and the stop button for around 30 seconds, it shoould now say dislya or somthing like that you can change to wahtever your settings were before
