no on demand services grrrrrrrrr

since i had my v+ installed on wednesday 9th, we have had no on demand services at all, I must have phoned them at least 10 times during this period and they just keep telling me it's been handed on to the IT department.
getting really really annoyed now

contacted them again and now they are saying it's a national problem affecting lots of customers, they reckon they are working on it and said that once it is working again i can contact them to sort out some sort of compensation for my loss of service

just tried it and on demand is back up and running, they have given me a £5 credit as a goodwill gesture.
