Back to SD, blind, no pics

Okay, a strange one. My HD tvs just gone in for repair. Whilst its there ive moved the V+ box to an SD tv. But didnt change the settings before the tv went... Ive now only got the options of Coax or Scart. I cant find a signal from the coax or scart. Did I need to change HD settings to SD first? How do I do this now I have no HD tv?

okay i'll answer my own question, three pages into searching every thread I found this...

Now I have pics and menus via scart but NO sound? Off searching again for no sound? Anyone help?
