Virgin Media PC

Hi Guys,

I've decided to build a home media center PC, and I would like to connect my cable box to the pc and watch it through the pc.

What is the best option, as I thought Scart to RGB as found here:
hxxp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/5M-RGB-COMPONENT-TO-SCART-AUDIO-VIDEO-CABLE-LEAD_W0QQitemZ160260674337QQihZ006QQcategoryZ15067 QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262

would be best.

But I can not find a PCI Card which has a RGB input for the PC.

Any ideas appreicated.
