How easy is it to cancel, I am at my with wits end with Virgin, had their service since Feb and not one bill has been correct. Its actually a truama to see a bill on the floor when it has been posted!!!!!

I would rather pay more money for SKY

Re: Cancelling

It's dead easy. Just phone 150 from your Virgin phone and say you want to. They will say OK and you will be billed for the rest of your 12 month contract.

Re: Cancelling

thats the only way you can cancel the contract if you are outside the 30 day cooling off period. if only you had canceled within March, they would have let you without any issue.

I'm going to cancel even though my contract doesn't expire until November.

Actually, call up VirginMedia retentions and ask for a better offer, they should give you a great discount on your current package which might make it cheaper to pay off?

Re: Cancelling

The problem is the billing itself, I managed to get get v+ sports 2mb and phine for £36 wich is a great deal.

If only they would bill me correctly, they just can't do it I have to speak to retentions every god damn month and it never gets sorted, hence the reason I want SKY back at least I know I can rely on the bill being correct.

I must have waisted litteraly 2 whole days on the phone with these prats!
