The harmony remote works fine.

I can't remember the exact model name I put in - I used the name on the serial number thingy.

It didn't work properly.

However I went to troubleshooting and said I had the orginal remote and the clever thing told me it had a better match after I tested a couple of settings and sorted it all for me!

EDIT:- So it works, but I'm too thick to tell you the model number - perhaps someone could put me out of my misery aswell

I found with my 885 that it works best as a scientifica atlanta telewest tvdrive. I found the 8300DVB settings not as reliable.

Sorry to drag this back up again. I've set up my Harmony 360 using Scientific Atlanta 8300DVB as suggested but when I use the remote the TV picture starts stuttering. This is when I use any button to control the TVDrive not just the PVR features. When I tried using my remote set up as Telewest TVDrive,as also suggested, only a few buttons have a response-none of which include the PVR controls. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

The original STBs used IRDA but TVDrive does not. The Harmony should be fine
