yes

I have had some problems recording on tvdrive for some time now and after I eventauly got an engineer out the TV drive box when we hit the tvdrive button on the remote came up with the error message 2005 , then he called someone on his mobile phone and said the number etc etc and then after about 5 mins teh error message changed to 2001 , its still like that now.

He said it was something to do with my account and nto the tvdrive box and said that was most likely to be causing my recording problems etc etc even though I have neer seen that error message before and still had problems with recording .

I am advised to wait a day to see if it fixes

I have been trying to get my tvdrive fixed for about 3 weeks now and sky + is looking nicer every single day .

I may call them up again now .

I think that is the same error message that i got ?. The engineer called the next day and replaced the box. Apparently it had overheated, told me to leave cabinet doors open. Said they might charge if it kept happening , ( yeah sure, do I look bothered ).

Engineer called on Saturday, said that the box needed to be changed and that he will telephone Monday to advise when they can do so!!!! why can't they carrry a spare box with them, surly the point of fault codes is to tell the engineer in advance what the likely problem will be and once confirmed the course of action.

Also said that it could over heat in my TV rack, and that it might need more cooling

Hope they do call Monday
