Cool Digital Feed NTL Box to Phillips 37" LCD TV

I have an NTL Digital Box & TV in one room and a TV / computer in another room. NTL have run an aerial feed from one to the other which to date hasnt been a problem as this runs as a slave.

I have just bought a Philiips 37" LCD TV & MSony Media Centre which only recognises this as an anologue line, which I accept. In the absence of getting another box installed can any one tell me if there is a method of connecting the two so I can get a recogniseable digital line. I have both HDMI and Scart sockets available

Any assistance would be appreciated
