Telewest charge me £15pm to retain existing box with TVDrive!

Took delivery of a TVDrive box around 3 weeks ago at £15 per month and retained my existing box for an additional £5 a month. However, on my first bill since, they've charged me £15 for TVDrive and another £15 for my original box. Rang Telewest and they said they'd raise a complaint for me with the manager. Seems bizzare given that it's all over their literature regarding TVDrive, that it's only £5 a month to retain your existing box. Anyway... check your bill !

Indeed, check your bill!

Whenever I have 'upgraded' or 'changed services' with both TW and Sky the billing has always been wrong....then you have to ring them for them to correct it....then wait for another month to see if your next bill has been corrected (and previous months overcharge refunded).

3 for £30 + TVDrive came to £56 for me!! , the cheeky burs

I would seriously think about upgrading your tv package. I'm assuming you have the middle package as you are paying £15 for the tvdrive (if you are on the lowest, it won't be worth it). If you get the more expensive package (about £6 more I think), you only pay £10 for your tvdrive. Therefore you are benefitting from many more channels on both boxes for only around £1.
