RF Channels on NTL Digital Box

Does anyone know if the latest NTL digital box broadcasts the 5 analogue terrestrial channels on seperate frequencies on its RF out, as well as the cable channel?

The reason I ask is because I've got an 8 year old analogue NTL box that I haven't really used for it's cable TV functionality since I got Sky Digital. The only reason that I keep it is because I don't have an aerial and it broadcasts these 5 channels (plus QVC!) on different RF frequencies. These channels are then passed through my Sky+ box and TiVo boxes to add their signals and the result is routed all round my house. This means that all the TVs can change between the main channels without changing the Sky+ or cable channel.

I received a phone call from NTL the other day asking if I wanted a Digital box, but I don't really want to upgrade unless it also sends out these channels.

Also, does anyone know if NTL has announced any plans to phase out the analogue boxes altogether?

Cheers,
Ian
