Press the Home Button,
Press the play button untill E-0 0 appears on display (approx 5 Seconds)
Press the TVDRIVE Button. E-0 1 appears on display
Press the CH- button 4 times. as you do this h d 1,h d 2,h d 3 then h d 4 will appear on the display
reformatting will then begin and r F t will appear on the display.
upon completion (up to 5 minutes depending how full the HDD is) the TVDRIVE will reboot
