Telewest dont have a an update. I was assured this yesterday.

Anyone whos saying they have been updated, are sleep walking. HDMI is the reason why the picture is shifted on SD channels.

I actualy talked with someone yesterday from Telewest who knows his stuff. They have no pland to update anyones firmware until SKY start broadcasting DD5.1.

Someone said that the trial people had an update, Ive been advised they are talking rubish, as theres no update available.

I would check your HDMI cable or reboot your box by removing the power lead. A front reset is not as good as 13amp reset.

Hope this helps.
