I had TVDrive installed on friday 31st and they supplied the HDMI cable. Used my own so they left it with me as a spare. Not sure about component cable but im sure they'd supply them also if you dont have HDMI.

Hope this helps

You have to ask for the HDMI cable when you order the TV DRIVE.
The engineer will fit it when he installs the box for you.

Yeah, but they don't tell you that you have to ask for it! I complained to the engineer and he said that if I called custoemr services, they'd send an engineer out with one, which means waiting in for half a day for him to turn up.

My TVDrive order confirmation email from Telewest contained instructions to inform them if I needed an HDMI cable.

I called up customer services and they are popping one in the post to me although they said it could take up to 21 days.

just had tvdrive installed and the engineers were very helpful. they brought a hdmi with them but they said i was lucky because it was the only one left at the depot. the poor sod after me would have to wait. its a good quality cable thought, about 2 meters long. i was very surprised really, looks and feels expensive. gold plated, supressor, solid fit etc.... is this the exception rather than the rule?
