Ntl ccf's

I have a pace 4010 Ntl cable stb. Has anyone got a decent Pronto RU940 ccf for this particular model that they would be willing to let me have. I have tried a few off Remote Central but none seem to work. I have the family pack and Sky sports.

Cheers, Fungus

Are you sure that the box is compatable with the remote ? some of the NTL boxes use a differt type of IR signal

I have some ccfs, but they only work with the RedEye from here: http://www.redremote.co.uk as my NTL box (2000 series) doesn't understand IR by default...

Check out the site and see if your model supprts IR natively - if not, get the RedEye and there is a ccf on the support/downloads page

Cheers

Guys

Thanks for the replies. Quote from red eye website "The blue remote controls for the NTL Pace 4001,4010 and Samsung boxes use a standard RC5 based remote control system which is compatible with repeaters and learning remotes.
Red-Eye is not needed for (and will not work with) the Pace 4001,4010 or Samsung STBs". I have the blue remote and 4010 ntl box, so it is RC5 compatable. Any ccf's I have downloaded from Remote Central are for red eye use and so do not work with my box. I cannot use red eye and am looking for a decent ccf that is usable with the 4010 stb.

Anyone?

Most people seem to have older ntl boxes and hence need redeye...

If your remote uses RC5, can't you just learn the codes direct from the remote???

Hopefully someone with a 4010 and pronto will post...might also be worth posting @ remotecentral.com and also the digitialspy website.
