Ebill shows someone elses account!

Just logged into my account and was suprised to see someone else account info. I then logged into ebill and the same persons bill information is shown.

Rang Virgin and the girl there wasn't much help. She put me through to tech support, I waited on hold for 15 mins and then got cut off.

So I rang the guy who's account I can see and told him he had better get on to Virgin. Question is who can see my account info?

Not too clever Virgin.
