I have a feeling that Virgin installation schedhuled for 1pm to 6pm will not happen. Can some one tell me who I should be ringing if they don`t show . My present BB is being turned of in 4days.

One lonely bloke arrived at 3.45 . He had to do temporary repair to cable first outside in one of the flower beds.(oops)
Finished at 6pm.set up Telly ,BB+ phone all on his own.
No router,said it will come by post.
The box is a new Samsung.
He was top bloke.
