Hey.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a show to appear on the TV on Demand service?

I missed James May's Toy Stories tonight and noticed the other episodes were on the demand service.

So just wondering how long it takes?

The answer is .... it depends.

I'm not sure whether it's VM or the BBC themselves who look after what gets put on TVOD but you may have noticed that not nearly as much appears on Virgin BBC iPlayer as appears on the BBC Website and some episodes of series just don't appear even though previous ones have. The problem isn't confined to the BBC stuff as I've noticed missing programmes on the ITV and C4 content as well. I complained to VM a few weeks back about a missing Peep Show episode but never got an explanation and eventually just gave up and watched it on the C4 site.


PS Tonight's Toy Stories is already available on the BBC website.

Still not on there yet. Guess I'll check in the morning. Hopefully it gets added.
