sound loss when pausing HD channels, ok with recordings

Hi Folks,

I'm having a problem with my V+ HD box. It records fine, and it pauses normal channels ok, but when i pause HD channels, and then go to watch it and catch up, i dont have any sound.

Anybody experienced this before and know how to sort it??

Cheers

Neil

I don't have an answer for you on this, but since I had not heard of it before I gave it a try and on mine both sound and vision took up normally from when it was paused, on HD channels,I wouldn't think you can do anything about this, you need a Virgin engineer to sort that out, most likely needs a box swop ....
