Hi peeps, I was away for a week and thought I had 20 odd hours left, well it told me this before I went away......it now says critical, I've watched a few and recorded some more.....but the CRITICAL remains, I've rebooted and it still says critical.....any ideas and help please send it my way as I have no idea how much space I officially have left.

I did rough maths and it more than enough 20 hours or so!!???

you need to delete some recordings as your week away must have added some recordings maybe?
if you leave it as it is it wont record anything and start rebooting itself quite regularly !
critical normally means there are just a few hours left on hard drive

HD recordings take up a lot more room than 1hr per 1hr so watch and delete them first.

It would be nice if you could mark a recording for keep then you could use the auto delete viewed/old function to make sure the new stuff gets recorded without delereing the stuff you want to keep for a bit longer.

Bob the HD was the problem, I watched one True Blood and 6 hours freed up!!!!!

I have Generation Kills and On Thin Ice's taking up a lot of space.....a busy weekend ahead
