Received this on Thursday, followed instructions and all went well

Wife tried to watch music channels on Saturday but the existing ones weren't there

Rang VM customer services who sent a signal to the box and violia they re-appeared

So just check and make sure you get all the channels your paying for

I'm in W. Yorkshire and while I've as yet to receive a new card, I've received a letter notifying me of the forth coming change. The letter states that all cards will need to be changed by 22nd November. It also gives a telephone number to ring if the card hasn't arrived by this date: 0800 052 0056.

I'm also occasionally getting pop ups on the STB informing me that new cards are being issued.

Like I said when you do get it and install just check and make sure you have all your channels

No sign of any new cards in East Anglia. Are they doing the change region by region ? I thought they might have delayed things because of the postal dispute.
