In a word - awful. 1-4mbs if im lukcy. 90mbs plus on the pc. connected via ethernet, tried 3 sets of cables, modem mode - all make no difference

I signed upt o PS+ last night but cant download any of the content as its so ridiculously slow!

I have turned upnp off, firewall off all makes no difference

dns mean de milary zone or something, get ps3 FULL open access to net. if log into router should be there, get ip of ps3 (static on local network is better) and add IP to DNS so open as a open bag of crsip

Think you mean DMZ not DNS

I used to get fast network speeds (wired and wireless) on my super hub until a few weeks ago, when I noticed horrible lag on MW3 and updates would take an age to download. I was getting at most 1mb downloads when I used to get 17-18mb.

I have just disabled the Firewall and Upnp and now I'm getting 17mb downloads again

I know it sounds weird but try tuning off auto negotiate on the ethernet ports and set it 100Mb full duplex, or what ever the max speed is for your network. This fixed a similar issue I had with my NAS, poor transfer rates on auto, but fast with fixed.
