Keep getting Provisioning screen

This has been going on for a few days. Internet works fine (through router) and then all connections lost, and the BIA provisioning screen reappears. Then it's remove the existing router, create a new one, restart everything and all is well for a while. Then repeat. Can't get through to Broadband help line either

It is a known fault that has been going on for a while,and as far as Im aware they dont have an ETA on the fix.Your best bet is to speak to customer services or tech support and explain you are experiencing this fault so would like your stb swapped for a cable modem instead-problem solved.

Well, cable modem now installed (negotiated it for free, as well as a reduction in my monthly bill) so a good result all in.
