Modem upgrades?

Hi,

Are VM still sending out modems to people who need them that have been switched to 20M?

In JULY (!) I found their page that detailed the upgrade and entered my current modem details (Webstar DPX100) and it suggested that I request an upgrade, which I did.
I got a confirmation email, and waited 14 days until ringing them as no modem had turned up. They made some excuse about postal strikes so I dropped it as I hadn't actually been upgraded yet.

I have just checked and appear to have been upgraded, but still have no modem. Was just going to order another one, but can't find any pages about modem upgrades, even links from other sites that say they link to the pages, just go to the same useless FAQ.

I think you will now need to phone the help line though you should get your call costs refunded or use the support newsgroup virginmedia.support.broadband.cable
