multiple emails

hi
i am recieving multiple emails into my outllook inbox it seems as if they are stuck in a loop as it is the same emails coming into the inbox there was 160 of the same three emails i have vms internet security loaded so is it
a,windows
b,virus ?
c,vms fault
im reluctant to pay 25p a minute to phone for the broadband helpline internet as i will probably be stuck on there for an hour any help appreciated

i was hoping it might just a blip ,i suspect its vms fault as i dont think there is a setting to recieve the same email about a hundred times is there

It is most probably a corrupt e mail,easiest way to resolve it is log into your email using webmail and delete those 3 emails which seem to be coming through repeatedly-I would put money on one of those mails causing the problem so that should get your account back to normal.
