I want to use it to connect a Wii to a 52" plasma tv. Can't seem to tell from ad what the output resolution is. Thanks for any opinions or (better still) experiences with units like this and the Wii.

I won't scale the video, just translates the signal type.

I have no idea if this is any good but from what I've read, the company seems to have really good customer service. I believe they are in the UK as well so you can just phone them and return if the product doesn't work as advertised.

Thanks for the replies. I was wondering what the advantage is. or if there is any advantage, over using this more expensive device compared with this much cheaper Wii HDMI Cable:

If you Google you can find other devices costing $200 to $300 or more that appear similar in function to the original $75 devices I listed
