manual for Vivanco mixer VCR 4045

Hi,

I am desperately searching for a manual/ operating instruction for the above audi-video mixer console. Especially I would like to know which are the video input and output sockets and the levels.

Can anybody provide me with the manual, either by email attachment or by common mail? Cost, if any occure, will be reimbursed.
