Portable VGA mirroring

Hello all.

I am involved on a project where I need to mirror a VGA signal across the vertical (i.e. back to front, left -> right). A complication is that it needs to be portable (perhaps run off a 12V battery or something similar).

Does anyone know of anything that can achieve this??
