VP50 with DVI into Panny

Picked up a DVI blade with the intention to use native res (852x480) at 60htz into my 37" PW7

First attempt - no picture

Then I tried 480p at 60htz and 576p at 50htz and in both cases I got the picture but with interference.

Using the DVDO blue Boxe test pattern for aligning and sizing the the picture the outer white box that is meant to fill the very out screens pixels flicker in multiple colours and is about 5 pixels wide instead of just the one pixel. This if I recall correctly, was just the left and right sides, top and bottom was ok.

The cente cross and four rectangle boxes are all fine.

Any thoughts would be coordially welcomed
