Edge or Pace/Samsung for SkyHD SD?

Or, put another way, what is the latest wisdom on the Pace/Sammy SkyHD box SD deinterlacing? (please excuse me as I've been "away" for a while)

- What is the Bloomberg ticker like with the Pace and the Sammy?
- If Bloomberg is ok, are the deinterlacers simply staying in video mode?

I still have my Radiance (which isn't going anywhere) and would rather not get an Edge, but I may do so if there is no acceptable other solution.

I will probably give Scart another go, particularly as I've now got a working parser for the RS232 output from the SkyHD box; there is no HD/SD information, but it will be possible to do a RegExp match on the channel name for "HD" (or match the channel number against a hard-coded list of known HD channels) for auto-switching between SD and HD Radiance inputs.

I find the Pace deinterlacing very good on 576. I send 576P from the box to the Radiance to scale and the results are excellent. The 1080i out into the Radiance is, of course, better but 576P is more than acceptable with the Pace.
