Panasonic TUPTA300B what to replace with?

Not sure this is in the right section. I have been going around in circles trying to get all my kit connected in an elegant fashion and I dont think I can do it.

Below is what I am trying to connect:
Panasonic PW4 Plasma YUV/RGB input
Toshiba MT200 Projector YUV input

XBMC outputting YUV Output
Freeview Box RGB Output
Panasonic TUPTA300B RGB Output
Yamaha A1

The main problem is that this TUPTA thing doesnt convert to YUV and the tuner in it is no longer needed now I have a freeview box.

I could do with 1 box that will do the following:

1: Output YUV to either TV or Projector
2: Accept an input from the freeview box in RGB and convert to YUV for the above.
3: Alternativly have a freeview tuner in that ouptuts to YUV to the above.
4: Will accept a YUV input frim XBMC.

My heads spinning now.

Well after much saerching I cannot find a one box solution for this.

There only seems to be one buyable option that is to buy an Atlona 4:2 Matrix switcher and and RGB to YUV device. Which would cost £167 plu customs charges from ebay.

I think I may make this a little project for myself and make a switch box. The switch box can only be a bunch of relays. So that wont be hard.

Has anybody had sight of an RGB2C circuit diagram I have had a quick google and cannot find one?

That looks like it will do the job nicely. Plenty of sockets for future expansion. The only thing it is lacking is the abilty to switch between 2 component outputs.

What I think will be best is to use svideo for signals from the digibox to tv and projector and component for dvd to tv and projector.

Just incase someone stumbles across this thread in the future. Trying to solve a similiar problem.

I ended up buying an avtools 4:1 component switcher and a keene rgb2c converter from the for sale section on avforums.

I split the signal from the output with an rca splitter and now have tv or xbox on plasma/projector or both.

I was concerned that the signal strength might fall away if splt two ways but it appears to be working fine.
