Panny keeps going into standby using 5BNC to HD15

My VP50 is connected by 5 BNC to HD15 to PW7

I get the menu and start making adjustments then the Panny goes into standby even though there is the VP50 menu is on the screen.

Any ideas

Sounds faulty. That never happens to me using the same connection. I don't think there's a menu option that would cause that.

All solved

Not sure exactly but on the PW7 Setup (remote) you can toggle off power management so that covers it.

However, I toggled it back on a little later and problem no longer there.

I think it might have something to do with me using the 5 BNC while I had a HDMI from Freeview (DVD Recorder) connected to VP50.

I was hoping no HDCP would be implemented for Freeview but there is - maybe broadcast but more likely just the player.

Either way, a couple of problems cleared themselves up once the HDMI was disconnected and boxes powered down and rebooted.

No more HDMI in my setup until I connect to a screen that way
