HTPC to VP30 no 50Hz
Decided to upgrade my old topfield SD STB & buy a prebuilt HTPC (running vista MCE, Nvidia 8500gt card) with twin HD tuners etc. I am running a VP30 to a 50PHD8 via RGBHV at 50Hz & the HTPC in via DVI to HDMI. Now I have selected 1080i 50Hz out of the HTPC but when pushing the VP30 info button it says input 1080i 60Hz which is causing judder. Am I overlooking something ?

The PC must not be sending 50Hz.

OK, change the setting in control panel rather than Media Centre and it is now at 50Hz.
