dvi output problem with hdq and phd6

Have had to temporarily dismantle the cinema room whilst new carpet is going down ... have simplified the kit for a few days to skyHD, mac mini, hdq and plasma ...

problem is I can't seem to get the HDQ to output 768/dvi-d to the dvi input on the plasma ... it is stuck on 480p RGBHV ?

Have tried putting the direct menu 09322 and menu 025 but all this seems to do is throw the picture halfway across the screen and I cant see all of the menu to put it right (see pic) ...

Any help appreciated !!

Well according to the picture it's outputting 1366 x768 not 480p. I guess you are reading the ANALOGUE output which will be different from the digital output.....but you are using dvi out aren't you?

It just looks to me like you need to check the SIZ/POS of the plasma itself, then if the image still isn't centred you need to change the timing in the scaler to move it to the left.....you may need to use the service menu pos adjust in the plasma as well to get it all the way.

Gordon ... thanks for your help - have reset plasma in service menu and reset hdq now as well - will have a play over next few days and let you know how I get on !!
