VGA Image Inverter/reverser

I have a particular problem I am struggling to solve.

In the school where I work we have projectors with feeds from both RGB (VCR) and VGA ( from desktop PC).

We are now rolling out a new set of tablet computers and because of the swivel and fold nature of the screens they produce a VGA signal that is mirrored on both axes. Does anyone know of a box (preferably switchable) which can mirror this signal to produce the correct orientation ?

Thanks
David

You should be able to mirror (left to right) and flip vertically the signal using the projector itself - somewhere in the setup menu (what projectors are they?) you should be able to change the orientation from "ceiling, front" to "desktop, rear" (most often done using little icons nowadays) - unfortunately, this will mess up what the VCR looks like (but do the tablet computers have a video in?)
Otherwise, I suspect some scan converters will be able to do this, but they'll be pricy.

Are you sure there isn't a way of getting the pcs to output the correct signal???

Thanks Sean

Unfortunately although its entirely possible its not feasible to flip the screen in windows, as its a write-on screen and it needs to be presented correctly on the tablet

Our projectors do indeed have a menu to flip and mirror the image but its not friendly and of course when you come to reset it the projector menus are shown flipped and mirrored and I'm not sure its feasible to ask a technophobic arts teacher to navigate though these menus ... "press up to go down"........I suspect they would never touch a computer again!

I'm ideally looking for a single button approach
