Problem with 720p-50 and VP30 and Panny PHD8

Im trying do a pass-through of a 720p-50 signal via my DVDO VP30 to my Panny PHD8 using the DVI input board.
However, I can not get a picture using the standard timings of the VP30. I guess I need to alter the timings - but to what?

The Panny DVI board does not accept 50Hz signals IIRC.

I thought it accepted 720p-50!? (it is stated in the product description)

Someone must be running 720p-50 into their PHD8 without problems?

Hi davsdu,

Looking at the product brochure it states that the DVI board can accept a 720P input at 50/60hz. It does show under the Component Signal. Could it be that the VP30 is outputting the signal as RGB instead of Component hence the no picture?
