Home Demo of a Lumagen or DVDO VP30

As the title says, is there anyone who does this before I have my screen calibrated.

Have you approached any Lumagen dealers?

Hi Clamicpo1, Gordon is being too modest........ If you check his sig there is a link to a his site where you will be able to arrange your demo

You won't be disapointed with the Lumagen, and their support for their products is second to none.

Piers at Home Cinema Engineering is a dealer in the Midlands although Moorgate Acoustics up in Sheffield are also guys who have Lumagen on demo and may be nearer to you. As has been pointed out I travel all over the place myself in support of the dealer network and to areas where there are no dealers.

Hi Gordon, I've just e-mailed you about booking a calibration & I.ve also mentioned a scaler. Compared to the iScans what are the Lumagen's like for lip sync?

I have never really had any problems with lyp-sync as I think the processing of the Lumagens is very fast. In the past there has been the odd issue with Sky+ but I found that that was the fault of Sky, not the rest of the system.

Cheers that's nice to know, that was my only worry about a Lumagen having used the iScan up to now, which on the whole has been excellent until I got the 50".
