Bristol Sound and Vision show 2009 - Display Technologies

We take a look at a new 3 Chip DLP projector from Sim2. Hear about their Dolby Vision LCD TV, look back at Pioneer leaving the market, what Panasonic professional might offer in the future. And a new monitor for the CI market from JVC.

We hope you enjoy this production from the AVForums team. Please reply with your comments.

I wanna see the one where its a Pioneer with HD material and a Pioneer without HD material to see if it looks any different. You had it briefly on this video and then it went to the JVC man

You would have to see it in the flesh, a video, even at HD res, will never be able to show you that. Sorry.

How about you just tell us and we'll take your word for it?

Ha ha, the point of the demo was for people to tell us, which was which. The reason why it had to be seen in the flesh and probably a reason why some got it wrong.
