Yep - but don't forget that TV/PC pixels aren't counted in the same way as digital stills camera pixels.
Digital stills cameras usually have one sensor with different pixels sensitive to Red, Green or Blue, and count each R, G and B pixel separately (there are usually 2 G and 1 R and 1 B in each group on a stills camera). TV cameras have three sensors, all 1920x1080 resolution, but usually treat a TV pixel as all three.
You could describe an HDTV RGB image as 1920x1080x3 = 6.22 megapixels if you use the same pixel counting convention as stills cameras.
