Angry tv picture noise

i have a Jvc AV28R25EK tv and i am receiving picture noise even with the sound off, it usally happens when certain colours are on screen. The noise is a low level buzzing. I have a Thomson gold scart lead connected to my sky box and s-video cable to my dvd. I have my own sound system. Hope someone can advise.

Thanks
Stuart

This is almost certainly mechanical vibration coming from one of the high voltage coils inside the TV set. Most CRT TVs do this, to a greater or lesser extent.
