Progressive Scan on TOSHIBA question

Hello,

Lets keep this simple.

Does the Toshiba PF2 have built-in Progressive Scan, or do you have to have a DVD player with ProgScan to benefit?.

Some people say its capable of using a ProgScan signal
(32Khz and not 15 khz), but others say you need a ProgScan DVD player.

Whos right ?.

Peace.

I'm pretty sure it's got NTSC prog scan, and I think it's got PAL but someone else will know better. To benefit from this, you will need a DVD that outputs progressive scan in either or both formats.
