Dunno how good graded equipment is but I couldn't fault Robert Whyte Ltd.

I got a PF2 from them and sadly due to the much documented problems that many people have had I no longer have one !. However, they sent me 2 relacement sets and then a full refund when I still wasn't happy.

lucky you Graham, just for some balance I am an unhappy ex customer of RWLtd

not pleased with the way they failed to replace a DOA 46" RPTV, told me I was getting a new one and I now know for a fact it was repaired by Toshiba, didn't even get a replacement set while I was waiting a fortnight for my so called "replacement"
