Toshiba 36ZP46P, Colour Problem ?

I've recently bought a Toshiba 36ZP46P from Ebay (£87) and I've noticed sometimes a problem with colours, peoples faces can appear to have bright red blotches like a skin complaint ! and blonde hair can appear green !
Is this a fault or maybe my settings ?
Thanks for any help
